Attorney Mark Rosenfeld has been defending DUI cases since 1998. He is well-known for getting great results in court as well as being extremely knowledgeable on all alcohol, drug and driving related offenses. He began his legal career during law school at the San Diego Public Defender’s office and subsequently moved into private practice. Mr. Rosenfeld has practiced exclusively driving related defense law since 2003 when he joined the DUI Defense Group and has since litigated hundreds of DUI cases racking up impressive court victories. His extensive courtroom experience is fortified by the field sobriety test training and qualifications he received from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and International Association of Chiefs of Police as an instructor on Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Additionally, Mr. Rosenfeld has presented at seminars and instructed on DUI topics throughout California.
In addition to his DUI and driving defense practice, Mr. Rosenfeld has served in the past as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court and as the Chair of the Criminal Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Attorney Rosenfeld has authored several books and articles on DUI and DMV defense and has appeared as a commentator on driving related legal matters and consulted as a criminal defense attorney on film and television projects.
Mr. Rosenfeld is licensed to practice in California and Nevada and before the United States Supreme Court. He is active in the Southern California legal community as a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Mr. Rosenfeld is also a member of the California DUI Lawyers Association, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, The National College of DUI Defense and a Founding Member and California Representative of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association.
