Mark Rosenfeld has practiced law for over ten years, and is well-known for his experience in alcohol related offenses. He began his legal career at the San Diego Public Defender's office, and subsequently moved into private practice. Mr. Rosenfeld has practiced exclusively driving related defense law since 2003 when he joined the DUI Defense Group and has since litigated hundreds of DUI cases. His extensive courtroom experience is fortified by the field sobriety test training and certification he received from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and International Association of Chiefs of Police. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Rosenfeld has served, in the past, as a Judge Pro Tem hearing small claims and traffic matters.
Mr. Rosenfeld is licensed to practice in California and is active in the southern California legal community as a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He is also a member of the California DUI Lawyers Association, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, and the National College of DUI Defense.
